You may request a refund if you cancel your order through Customer Support
before it has been processed for printing or eFiling. You can choose a refund or
a filing credit for future use. Refunds typically take up to 14 business days.
During January and February, processing times may be longer. Marking a form as
"Void" does not qualify for a refund. Contact Customer Support to initiate a
refund or credit.
Our optional TIN Matching Service verifies that the Taxpayer Identification
Number (TIN) and recipient name match IRS records before submission. This helps
reduce the risk of penalties due to mismatches. TINs may be SSNs or EINs. This
service can be added to any Print & Mail, eFile, or eFile Only order. Results
are viewable on our Status Dashboard.
We mail recipient copies using USPS First Class Mail.
We send encrypted PDF copies electronically. Recipients must provide explicit
consent to receive their forms electronically before delivery.
